Bin Xue has a passion: cooking. She loves it so much she learnt French for the sole purpose of being able to decipher the recipes of the French cooking books of her collection. One of the things she enjoys most is to gather a group of friends for a day to celebrate the Chinese New Year, and have everybody make and cook dozens, or more accurately hundreds, of dumplings.
With her radiant personality and her talents for the cooking arts, she never lacks of volunteers.
